Nepali
For the homesick.
Daal bhaat, tarkari, achar, papad. A few local specialties from the Sukute riverside tradition. Ask the server what's good that day.

A riverside kitchen.
Nepali, Indian, and Continental — most of what's on your plate sourced from farms and fields within an hour of where you're sitting.
Kitchen until 9:30 PM · Bar until 11 PM · BBQ as add-on
After the rafting, the bonfire, and the long drive from Kathmandu — dinner is half the reason you came. Three cuisines on one menu. An open bar that stays open as long as you do.
And a BBQ night by the river that most guests end up calling the highlight of the trip.
Our riverside BBQ is a separate add-on, not part of the standard meal plan — but it's the one most groups end up booking. Skewers, grilled meats, sides, the whole works. Set up by the river. Done right.
BBQ + bonfire + your group = the kind of night you reference for years.
Add BBQ to Your StayWithin 50 km of where you sit.
Most of our vegetables, dairy, and grains come from local farms within 50 km of the resort. Not because it makes a good story (though it does), but because it tastes better and keeps money in the community.
The team that cooks your food is mostly local too. That part isn't an accent piece — it's the whole foundation.
Dietary needs? Tell us when you book — vegetarian, no problem. Special requests work best with a heads-up.
Kitchen hours: last orders at 9:30 PM. The bar runs a little longer.
Breakfast is included if you booked the B&B plan — eggs, breads, fruits, juice, tea, and coffee.
Room service runs during kitchen hours. Just call the front desk.
