About a 2-hour drive on the Araniko Highway, roughly 65 km northeast of Kathmandu. If you're not driving, easy public buses run from Jadibuti to Sukute. We don't currently arrange pickups from Kathmandu, but it's something we're working on.

No. The river is beautiful but the current is strong, so swimming isn't safe. The sandy beach is great for walks, photos, and lazy afternoons — and our pool is right there for the actual swimming.

It's the same physical villa, the same bed, the same view. The only difference is whether breakfast is included. Pick the B&B plan if you want breakfast handled. Pick the Private Villa plan if you'd rather eat à la carte.

Yes — same structure, same river view, same price. The only thing that changes is the bed setup inside. Villas 1 & 2 have a king bed. Villas 3 & 4 have a king plus a smaller attic bed. Villas 5 & 6 have three single beds.

No. Both have shared toilet facilities — clean and well-maintained, but shared. If you want a private en-suite bathroom, the triangular villas are the way to go.

Yes to both. The villas have their own dedicated Wi-Fi. The bamboo cottages and tents share a common Wi-Fi network. NTC and Ncell coverage is strong across the property.

We have power backup on the property, so the usual Sukute outages won't ruin your morning coffee.

Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your stay and only 10% of your advance is deducted. After that, cancellations are non-refundable.

Included: swimming pool, beach volleyball, badminton, nature walks, bonfire, music nights, and indoor games (carrom, table tennis, pool table, board games). Paid separately: rafting on the Sunkoshi, BBQ dinners, and day trips to places like Bhairav Kunda, Kalinchowk, Tatopani, and Khasa border. We arrange the vehicles and guides — pricing depends on the destination and group size.

We don't have specific accessibility infrastructure like ramps or single-storey adapted rooms yet. That said, we'll do our best to make general arrangements work — just let us know in advance and we'll figure out the most comfortable setup for your group.
